ETROYL respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal data responsibly and transparently. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data may be processed when you use the ETROYL website, why it is processed, and what rights you have under applicable data-protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Most of the website can be visited without providing personal information. Personal data may be processed when you choose to contact ETROYL or otherwise communicate with us.

The website provides a contact form operated through the Web3Forms service. When you submit the form, the information you enter is transmitted to the Web3Forms API so that the message can be processed and delivered to ETROYL.

The information submitted through the form may therefore be processed by Web3Forms as a service provider in addition to ETROYL. The information necessary to handle your enquiry may include your name, email address, company information, subject, and message.

Please do not send confidential, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information through the website contact form. For information about Web3Forms' own processing practices and terms, please consult the service provider's current documentation and policies.

6. Cookies and local storage

The website uses small first-party storage mechanisms to remember your selected language and visual theme. These preferences are used to provide the functionality you requested and are not used by ETROYL for behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking.

The website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies as part of its normal operation. Your browser may nevertheless process technical data required by the hosting or external services used to deliver particular resources.

7. External communication services and links

The website may provide links or contact buttons for services such as email, telephone, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube, GitHub, and X. In Belgium, this is the Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
